My truck has been running like crap for over a year. I decided not to just drive it until it dies and get another ride. I posted up in here a a few time about this issue. I have decided to take some advise given in here and do the basic's first. I am doing a much needed and over due oil change, tuneup and new valve cover gaskets. I removed my fpr when I put the new cap and rotor. When I wenrt to relieve the pressure the was none. I have seen many postings here about fuel related issues. I have searched and looked in the tech as to "complete" trouble shooting of the fuel pumps and filters to tell what to replace instead of the shotgun approach.

Not holding pressure? Check for leaks then check out that FPR. Check the fuel pressure to confirm thats whats wrong though, they can be pricey..

Check out Rockauto.com. I bought mine 28 bucks shipped last month.

Which pump did you buy? I am thinking about changing them both out. The truck has 140,000 on it.
