How much current should be going to the inertia switch? And which wire that goes to the fuel pump relay is the power wire .

As long as the FP fuse isn't blowing, current is low enough. You should have 12v on BOTH wires of the inertia switch with it connected. Note that with Key in Run, that voltage will only be present for 2 seconds after key is turned to Run. Voltage will be constant when the starter is turning the engine over (if the distributor PIP signal is good).

Power wires to the FP relay are:
BK/Y all time power
R power when key in Run position (means the PCM relay is good)
DG/Y power when FP relay is closed (for 2 sec when key turned to run, constant with engine rotating)
