Fuel Pressure Spec For 94 Ranger

I got a 1994 2.3 and i out of curiousity did a fuel pressure test.
i dont know the stock specs so if anyone has any info please let me know.

220k miles on the truck also.

38psi primed, not started ( did that a few times never rose anyhigher
it sits at 30 at idle
goes to 32 to 35 when rev but falls to 26 to 28 for a few seconds then builds back up.

im thinking my pump is shot

I'm not sure on the exact spec. for the fuel pressure but it sounds not too far off, I would change the fuel filter first, it's much easier and cheaper than a pump and can cause similar symptoms.

allready did the fuel filter and it never changed anything

it sounds fine to me. pull the vacuum line of the fuel pressure regualer. It should run at about the 38 you have at koeo. check that you dont have a gas in the vacuum line.
