fuel pressure problems

My engine misfired and died the other day. Now it won't start. The fuel pressure is reading around 50 psi. This is 10 higher than with the old fuel filter I had on there. I'm still reading lower than spec and am wondering what to look to next.
 
I replaced the pump a month ago and it's been running fine since. Do you think the fuel pressure dampener could be clogged?
