Fuel leak

I have a leak only when filling. I can see it is leaking from around the steel and rubber hose. Is there a quick fix? I am a full time student at the ripe age of 48 so money is a issue. Any thoughts welcome.

Filler neck needs replacing. Yo can get them at Ford for about $400. Or you can do what most of us have done and get the one on ebay for $40. Works great and is pretty easy to install. Remove the bed will make it easier

Depending on where you're at, your local pick-n-pull might have one; my local charges $11.49 for filler necks. Might run into brittleness issues there, but if you're thorough in checking it, it should work OK.
