does a 93 explorer ECU have a fuel cut-off when deceleration? and it does does anyone know the specs when it does?
i am trying to figure out if it would better to coast in gear or in natural for millage.

As far as I know, it will have a fuel cut off. Deccellerating in gear should help mpg's, but i dont know the specs.

I figured out when the fuel cut off is in 5th gear coming off the freeway or down a hill.
Its seem anything over 1200RPM will cut the fuel, but around town it seems to random whether or not it decides to cut the fuel.
At least that is what the device i have hooked up to the injectors
