Fuel Cell questions?

Has anybody put a fuel cell in their BII or Ranger 2.9 if so how did you do it? I have a BII that I race off road with and over the winter I need to make some changes. The rules now call for a race type fuel cell but with the fuel injection an external fuel pump with the pressure required is a little pricey.Any help greatly appreciated!!!!!!

im using a boat fuel tank or u can drop a tank in from the top of your cargo area

some stock in tank pumps, can be used externally...

If you are looking for a pump you can run outside of the tank, you can order a fuel pump off of a late 80's early 90's lincoln towncar or pull one for the junkyard. (im sure the same fuel pump was used on other models...but i got mine off of a towncar)

I needed a fuel pump for my demo derby car a while ago, and i knew someone with a junked town car in there yard, so they let me pull the pump off of it. and it worked fine.

I know its originally an intank pump, but the way it designed, there is a nipple on both ends, the suction and discharge....so it can easly be used as an out of tank pump aswell. the pump basically looks like a little cylinder.

Go and check rockauto.com and look it up, they have pictures there. search for 1988..idk what other years used this style pump..but im sure 88 did becuase that was the year car i pulled mine from.
