I just got this ranger 3.0 and when ihave the air on Max AC ( ive not owned it long enough to know if this is regular occurance )the rear window then the lower part of the windshield and the spots where the vents blow on the side windows get all moisture on them kinda like a fog
I also noticed there was beads of moisture by the vents on the center of the dash on the black bezel piece
It was a hot humid day is this normal? is there some kind of drain that could be blocked? TIA

There is a drain. There should be a hose that you can see from under the truck on the firewall on the passenger side. It only sticks out a small bit and it certainly can be plugged from gunk and leaves that may have found their way in to the evaporator area. You may even be able to see it if you look at the bottom of the HVAC box under the dash, maybe not, on the passenger side. You might be able to wiggle a coat hangar up in there but be gentle as you could damage the evaporator and lose the coolant out of the system.

That's the most likely problem. Are you noticing NO water on the ground when running the a/c?

there is water like normal when i run the Air.. it did it again today too with the air in a lower position but the wierd thing is is it starts on the rear window ( ext cab) and works its way forward... Im going to check the drain out tho

Are you losing coolant from the engine the A/C will remove the moisture from inside the cab the reason the a/c cycles in the winter when you have the defrost going is to remove the moisture in the cab it definately sounds like the drain is restricted maybe you can get a wet dry shop vac and somehow attach it to the drain hose and suck it clear so the water all drains out of the pan.
