Front wheel bearing?

Why does it look like your brake rotor is painted grey? Just looks weird that the whole thing is the same color.

I'm guessing they coat the whole thing so that the only bare steel ends up being where the brake pads touch the rotors? They are silver now where the brake pads sit

Have you tried just adding more grease?

To sealed unit bearings? Nope, not going to even look at them until I get bored from a couple other projects, by that point I'll jack up the Mountaineer and see if I can harvest some "good used" parts
