Front valance off a 95

Will a front air dam/valance with the circular fog lights off a 95 fit a 99 that has fog lightless. I like the looks of the circular ones better. I have a 2wd base model.

The 98/00 Ranger front bumper is different than the 93/97 front bumper, so it wouldn't fit well without doing a front bumper swap. There are some good looking aftermarket front bumper covers for the 98/00 Ranger.

The 01/03 Ranger is another good looking swap.

What about an 01to 03 bumper swap? Has anyone here done that before?

The red one looks to be 01/03 Ranger front bumper, the Ranger under it looks like it has a 99/01 Explorer bumper. They are similar looking bumpers.
