Front suspension options

They will only give you lift if you order longer ones than what will fit in their stock and ALSO buy drop brackets that allow the suspension to be positioned down lower

There are no drop brackets for the '98-up. Just the Superlift kit, where there are drop brackets for the diff and lower control arms but you still need their knuckles to lower the hubs. This is why the kit costs so much. You can't simply lower the upper control arms.
The Superlift kit uses new knuckles.
The discontinued Trail Master kit used upper ball joint spacers to lower the stock knuckle.
It is what it is.

When I say drop brackets I mean using whatever the Superlift kit includes, [being its the only "kit" left] used as an all encompassing term with all the required components (brackets, knuckles & diff drop brackets etc.).

Good luck to the OP with whatever you end up doing.
