Thinking about building a new front shock mount and I was wondering what would be the disadvantages of using the double hoop style shocks on the front as opposed to the stock style? (ones on the right in pic)

One thing I've noticed, the double-eye shocks tend to be valved softer than ones with the stud on top. If you're thinking of going duals, this shouldn't be an issue.

Thats what the plan is. Otherwise I'd go with F250 towers.
