i would jack it up, and try to move the tire, grab it at the top and bottom and try to move it. then do the same at the sides of the tire. i had ball joints that were super bad they caused the truck to do /\ that going down the road and be in alignment when parked.

still don't see no sag! I had bad ball joints and mine wasn't sagging.
