I got a 1994 ford ranger that was starting to wear on the front tires really bad, the passenger side was cambered and wore down on one side and the driver's side was wearing but not cambered. we replaced the tierod on the drivers side and i bought new 31" cooper discoverer stt's and am skeptical about putting them on because i dont want them to wear in one spot bad. i've been told that its ball joints, wheel bearings, tierods, and front brake discs. anything you guys would recomend i should replace then before I put my new $700+ tires on?

Please take it to a shop if you don't know what you are doing!!! You might cause an accident. If you jack up the truck and place it in a safe position and then shake and pull the front wheels and see if something is loose then you know you have a problem. Bad ball joints are dangerous. You can loose a wheel and that's all she wrote!!! Hubs can be bad (bearings) and if they have not been serviced that is a most do.

yea if your not sure, take it to a shop. (i do my own and have no idea! lol JK)

sounds like sagging springs on your TTB system. take it to an alignment shop, they can tell you the problem for alot less then a dealer.
