Front end lift

Hey all. New member here.

I’m trying to find parts to lift the front end. I have a 2001 extended cab. I found coil spacers but they won’t fit extended cabs. Apparently something is different between the single cab and extended cab. The spacers I found were $45 and I would like to stay around that price. Please help.
