I have 2" drop shocks and didnt know if there was a way to drop it two more without dream beams because I'm not wanting to put much money into it since its just to play with?

Can somebody cut and extend the metal I beams 2.5" for $50

2" drop shocks? Shocks will not lower a truck, they are there to dampen the suspension travel. Do you mean drop coils? If you want to go lower do it right and get some drop Ibeams or don't do it at all. 3" drop Beams are not that expensive DJM are the best way to go and best price. Most factory beams say right on them, "do not heat, weld, or bend" since they are cast. DJM beams can be realigned with 2" Belltech drop coils for a 5" drop with napa part # 264-3950 +-4 degree camber caster eccentrics. There is a lot more factors to cutting and welding even a forged beam to make sure it can be properly realigned. Keep in mind your life as well as others on the road are riding on those beams.

what he said

I'm a machinist...it would take LOTS of machining/welding to modify stock beams that would be safe...($500+ in labor alone!)

that's probably why aftermarket drop beams are made from scratch!
