:icon_bounceblue: I have a 2000 ford ranger 3.0 vulcan v-6. I bought a powertrax lock-right yesterday for the rear end for it which is the 8.8 and 28 spline. I was wondering what my front end was so I could order another one for the front, how might I find this out? Is there a code on the door I can use? I am sure the axles are dana 35 in the front but I am just not sure how many splines and the specifics. PLEASE HELP lol:icon_pepsi:

Its a Dana 35 w/ Standard rotation! not reverse cut like the ttb d35. I don't think you will be happy though... cause they don't any limited slip or lockers for the IFS D35... Otherwise I'd have one!

Yea It is the 8.8 factory stock. The rear axles are 28 spline instead of the explorers and f 150s 31 spline 8.8 my axle casing is a little smaller and my shafts are 3 splines smaller

With a little use of google search, here is what I have come up with..... According to the richmond gear website Click Me..... They definitely make a front locker for a 2000 Ford Ranger. It shows a 2311S2 Lock Right locker as the match for a 98 - 2000 dana 35 front standard cut ranger differential :icon_bounceblue:

from what I have found they do have one, they make lockers that work with standard rotation so you should get one too!!!:icon_thumby::icon_hornsup::headbang::yahoo:

Torsen is also back to making the front LS for the D35 IFS. For Rangers & Explorers.

There phone number is (585) 464-5000 Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/EDT

Powertrax 2311S2 locker is what I am going with in the front as well.
