im picking up a 79kingpin tomorrow...im going to rebuild the entire axle including inner c's and knuckles. ive heard that a chevy dually hub can be run on front dsdhp60's. what does it take in order to do this? ive tried a few searches but nothing came up that was very clear. is it just a matter of swapping out the knuckles to chevy knuckles, running regular chevy hubs in the dually adapter?

iirc the dimensions are different from the dodge/gm and ford hub/spindles.

you may have a rear seal issue, the dodge/gm are longer a bit but will bolt on the ford spindle. just be mindful of lockout engagement and c clip may not be usable. i dont remember about the backset for lineage of the caliper/rotor.
