So I'm finally getting around to building up the guts in my 44. Chro-Mo shafts, 5.13s, and a Power-lock diff.
I'm getting the aggressive clutch kit for the diff, but was wondering if I should use a friction modifier with it. I've heard its only there so soccer moms experience a smooth quiet ride, and I've also heard it keeps the clutches from burning up.
I want this thing to lock up really well with minimal wheel spin, yet still let me turn in tight trails.
FWIW: Truck will see very little road time, and already has a rear locker. On 35"s now, looking for 38"s.
