Setup as a 60s style dragster. Old style torque thrusts and old style rubber. Homemade traction bar setup and era correct wheelie bars. BLAH BLAH BLAH heres what your looking for... pics are sorta big... but EnJoY!

Awesome! I think it would be a tad cooler if it had a 427 ford though.

i have always liked those body style vans. were they a mid engine though?

you pretty much sit beside the engine...
as far as a 427 ford... he's talked about pulling the pontiac but as of right now he's got other projects to deal with... 69 mustang fastback, 67 mustang trunk *soon to be altered wheelbase dragster*, 55 chevy wagon, so on and so on lol

Yeah swap in a Ford motor, and I'll like it even more...

Hey guys, at least it's not a 350 SBC like every other person swaps into cars.... Nice lil rig you got there :icon_thumby:

True! That is a sweet van . My friend is planing on making this Junkyard roller using a 1940's pickup from a junkyard. Swap in a rebuilt small block. We don't know whether to clean/fix it up and paint it all flat black like this van. Or just leave it be. It'll make a good sleeper/ rat rod.

IMO small block chevy's have been put into TO many vehicles... he wanted something different so thats what he done haha plus it let him put that sweet indian on the back :-)

If it would have had a SBC motor I probably wouldn't have replied. I quit going to car shows. I've seen SBCs built every possible way, I don't need to see another.

Badass! Will it pull the front wheels?

not with those tires... BUT he still hasn't got to make a good clean run without a problem. First time to the track carb problems.... 2nd time pulled a carb straight out of the box put it on tuned it and it turned out to be a junker... i wouldn't say it will never pull the wheels but in its current state id say no
