So i found a parts truck. Finally. Looks like the bed is gone and replaced with some other kind of bed replacement, idk, the pictures dont show it well but whatever. Its a 96 Ranger 4x4 4.0 extended cab with about 150k. Got a 4" suspension lift (rough country i fear
) and a 3" body lift. Got 35" tires, look like TSLs but im not too sure, and looks like they have decent tread left. The tranny is auto and original, so of course its no good lol, but 2nd gear apparently works so ill be limping it home the 1.5hr drive in 2nd lol. Asking price is $500, hoping to get em to likeeee 450 or 400.
Parts i need from it:
Dana 35
T-case (to make a doubler)
Maybe the motor; says it runs strong so well see if its better than mine
Tires
Body Lift
Suspension lift assuming its not rough country
Think the 400-500 is reasonable?
Also, how hard would it be to put the extended cab on my single cab frame? or is that just not feasible.
Thanks guys!
