ForOffRoadDriving's 94 Ranger Build

I got bored and decided to make a picture of what my truck could look like, so I coppied the "rock crusher" into paint and deleted the D35 and made it a 2wd. Then I imported a picture of the ford sticker off my back window and replaced the bowtie with it.

could you scan this to your computer???or get it on computer paper??i really like it

ill see what i can do for you scott, i think i still have the pic saved to my computer, if not ill just take it off my bedroom wall and scan it for you, save the file to my photo bucket, and then post the link so you can save it.

i finally made some more progress on the bed staurday night. i had some small welding projects from work that i had to get the welder out for, so when i was done with them i decided to keep on going and start my bed repair. i punched and drilled out all the spot welds and then taped off the lines where i would make my cuts. this is my first attempt at doing body work, so if any of you pros have any tips, let em rip! there was a brace that was very rusted, so i got my fab skills out of the top drawer and started marking steel, cutting, bending and welding and i ended up with something that looks very close.

the sanding took me a total of 4 hours and i painted for about 2. the majority of the weekend was spent waiting for paint to dry and doing other misc. prep work.

i got the bed on the truck yesterday and laid down the UV coating on the herculined portions of the bed and on the roll bar so that it doesnt all turn grey in a couple of weeks. now i just need to get it aligned, get my drivetrain noise fixed and then start driving it!

I knew those lights would look good.

thanks guys, ive had the last 5 days off work, so i got some more things done. I installed some tie down points that went on sale at work and i also hit the 500 mile mark (break in period) so i changed the oil out and made a sticker to remind me when to change it. I started working on my fold down seat sub, but i still need to collect more parts and do more prototyping. heres the pics i have so far:

somebody keeps his tools organized. looks good so far.

I'm lovin it!

The black bedliner and dark blue and black wheels all go great together. Now it just needs about 5 inches of lift...:icon_twisted:

i started working on the bumper last night, but luckily i didnt make any cuts because once i double check my measurments i was 6" short on my material.

i also odered a mile marker pec8 8,000lb winch for $400.00 that im tossing the idea around in my head of making a removeable hitch style plate to slide into a front or rear reciever and just run a power and ground cable with large disconnects to both ends of the truck, and then i could just slide it in whichever end i want to pull from.
