and now for the inside-since i'm using the cougar interior i felt it woud be a good idea to use the inside of the cougar door so everything fits.

tacked in,still needs to be fully welded.

and with the panel in place.i need to make some secondary panels to cover the exposed areas as the explorer door is a little bigger than the cougar one,but that will be fairly easy.
