Ford Ranger 2.2 TKE 2012 5th to 4th gear hard shift kick down trouble

I own a Ford Ranger 2012 LIMITED 2.2 with 6 speed automatic trans with shifting trouble. Al gears work fine UP and DOWN.....except for the 5 to 4 down shift ....it knocks and is brutal.

Need some advise

shell maybe getting tore up. look up flying wrenches garage....he is a good kid, decent experience base.....but so young he is very good videoing stuff . look at the shorts and vids on transmissions.
