Ford Owner Website issues

I've been trying for some time to get into the owner.ford.com with No success.
Its normally a good site to keep up with recalls and maintenance and other good stuff.
I'm trying to understand how to get the Waze app installed.

Do you have the touch screen system? If so, you can do it. If you do not, like I do not, that option is not available to us.
 
I have Sync 3, the large display system, complete with wifi. This is the 3rd Sync 3 system I have Owned.
None of mine have ever been able to update themselves, Even parked 10' from my home wireless.
On my F150 and Explorer I was able to log into the owner section and download the update to a flashdrive
and install myself with no issues. The Ford site seems to be quite squirrely lately. I've tried to login in on Multiple computers, with various browsers and It just dont work. Ridiculous.

Everything I saw on the owner’s site kept referencing to the touch screen. I have Sync 3 but not the touch screen system. I was able to connect to the WiFi and do a system update. So connectivity was not an issue. I have not tried to login this weekend but was in a couple of days ago.
