ford= found on road dead

Hey, I haven't seen that before. That was pretty cool. I like the way the toy ate the paint on the back of the cab, And that awesome box spasm too!
We have chatter bumps around here that would do that.

yeah man, i thought it was pretty cool when i first saw it too, some of the other vids are pretty cool to like there is one that proves that the yota frames are weak its pretty funny actually

Like I always say, Ford is bound to have some screw ups After all they started the whole automobile idea in the first place (technically)

Ford - Found Off Road Driving

I had a british guy come up to me, great guy, loves ford, and he said the big saying they use in the UK for ford is Fucking Obsolete Road Device, i had a good chuckle when i heard that lol.

yes, guys, u all have great comments, but i was going more towards, the trail trucks, trail ranger, vs. trail tacoma, and yes there are way to many yotas on the trail i own one myself, with a crawler kit, and all the goodies,

Personally I think it matter very little what you call your truck when it get heavily modified, especially once it gets to buggy status. A lot of Rangers here have been modified so much, how much is really a Ranger anymore ?? V8 engine, C4 trans, Dana 20 t-case, D44 front and 8.8 from an Explorer . Or how about a custom front D60 and a 14 bolt from a chev with a 3 or 4 link suspension and an Atlas t-case ??

So someone calling down a Ford really doesn't matter.

Are you guys intentionally picking on Honda Will?

I won't have any part of it!

Jap junk sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!! FORD RULES!

I guess I'm doomed to getting e-wedgies from all of you e-bullys. Can I PayPal you guys my lunch money?

my first car was an 89 topaz (mercury version of tempo). It was as old as me and the only time it died was when the coil went. quick and easy fix. i sold it after 2 years and got a 98 sunfire. After a year i had gotten an alignment, changed the tranny, changed the starter, and the clutch was starting to go. So i went back to ford. Have had my ranger for 2 years and haven't had a problem yet. Theres my reason for driving a ford.

i know alot of people who bash ford, all i say is "you'll see", and wait until they start having problems. :idiot:

Own a Ford truck with a triton motor or peeling paint.
Better yet try dealing with Ford Mo Co.
My ranger however its been great other that the usual stuff.Bad bad slave cylinder, weak 5 speed manual,oh peeling paint, oil leaks. But I haven't had any trouble with the cylinder heads....Yet......I love my ranger I really do.Why else would I keep it for almost 18 yrs.
Oh yeah Go jap never look back

I have a triton 5.4 in my SD. Still has all it's plugs. The B2 is just starting to flake on the hood.

They both still run under their own power.

My Ranger was a tough little truck. I beat the living piss out of it for the ten years i had it. When i bought it, it had already been wrecked twice and the third time the owner could not afford his deductible. His father was a very good customer at our shop so i purchased it wrecked. The entire left side from the front bumper to the rear bumper was destroyed. If the airbags had gone off it would have been a total loss. Ten hard years of work it never missed a beat. The only time it left me stranded was when the slave cyl puked (140K). The old girl needed a lot of repairs when i sold her. She will be missed greatly, or at least untill i buy me another Ranger:D.

I don't really see many vehicles broken down on the highway these days. Some, but most are old clunkers. No newer vehicles really.

i saw 8 broken downs today on my daily travel to/from work. from what i remember, 3 were dodges, one was a chevy, one was a honda and one was a mercury villager (read that nissan quest) i dont remember the other ones for sure but i dont think any were fords.... most of them looked like mid to late 90's and i doubt any were older than my truck. maybe people around here dont see the value of regular maintenance

Yeah, a ranger could beat a yota any day. However, if yotas are so great, then why do yota owners pull off the parts to swap in chevy parts (which arent any better btw)? Just a thought.
