Im happy with it..I really wish I could have found a set of recaros, but not this time. For $28, im not going to complain too much haha.

The only worrying part to me is the side air bags. Need to make sure they will work; it was part of my reason for going with a 2011

Lol. Just some seat gore.

Going to try to fab angle iron to the bottoms of the focus seats. they're too wide to bolt to ranger tracks.

Take a file and smooth out those edges and put duct tape on the corners and edges of the steel frame before you put it back together. You will prolong your seat from wearing through. Obviously if you slide out of your seat like a slug I wouldn't count on long fabric life.

Did this thread just abruptly end? I just acquired a set of Focus Recaro buckets that I want to replace my 60/40 with, looking for pointers. Hopefully there is another thread in here.

I have the focus st cloth seats in the garage. Not bored enouhh to put them in yet

I do not see any way to make these Focus seats work without some serious modifications and fabrication. The rails are way too wide as you can see in the picture where the factory mounting holes are. The seats are too wide for aftermarket seat brackets as well.
