So I have 3 color codes 9N 9R and A6 9N is desert tan met.
9R says graphite Met and A6 I believe to be interior color.
I am color blind so I just wanted to make sure that the color is actually graphite met. If anyone knows what it looks like. here is a pic of my truck.

Hello, my canadian friend. The side of your B2 seems to be a brownish color. Could be gray and just lighting, but looks like brown to me.

brown is what i would call it. but then again i call some purples blue and cant read red writing on black backgrounds.

Does anybody know what the proper color code is? or if anybody has this color on their 1st gen could you confirm if it says 9R im trying to get colors matched but just generic brown rattle cans don't even come close.

I definitely think it looks brown, then. My old shop teacher was colorblind, But man could he judge colors by their shade of grey good. Only time I ever saw his color blindness confuse him was when I explained his truck was white and burgundy, not white and brown like he wanted.:icon_rofl:

burgundy looks brown to me. maybe graphite mat is brown? but i cant find a sample color to confirm that it is in fact brown.

My buddy's dad has a 2000 ranger and the color it is is called graphite. It's just your run of the mill grey, not too light, but not too dark either. All I know is that if it was the same color in 88 as it was in 2000, your truck is definitely not graphite, but brown of some sort.

i have seen that graphite unfortunately ford has had 3 or 4 graphite colors. mine was offer on ford vehicles from 84 to about 88
