Today early 4:30am was driving along and the fog lights stopped working. Other than checking fuse box is there anything else related to this? 2011 Sport thanks

Welcome to TRS 
Check fuse 31 in engine bay fuse box, there is also a Fog Light Relay in engine fuse box as well
The Fog light switch is not directly connected to the Fog light relay, it is connected to the Body Computer(SJB)
When switch is turned on SJB gets that "signal"(12volt) and then activates(grounds) the Fog Light relay
Hopefully its just the fuse

yes I did check fuse and it is still good.....the switch faulty maybe??
Unless the switch is obviously damaged then no, probably not the switch
You can jumper the relay to make sure fog lights work
SJB connection is more likely
Here is the wiring diagram, 2009, 2010, 2011 will be the same, Rangers were coming to end of production so Ford wasn't changing things, lol, just using up what they had
