Fog lights installed - sorta

Well, completed the OEM foglight install tonight, almost.

My truck is prewired for foglights. Here is all I needed

OEM left and right foglight - ebay
OEM foglight lower valance - ebay
OEM foglight switch - ebay
plugs from lights to plugs mounted to frame - junkyard
2 relays (same as horn relay) - Oreilly's

Got them up and running and they run with just the parking lights on. Thought I read somewhere they only worked with the headlights on but mine work with just the parking lights on as well

Once I get a radio bezel to mount the switch in I will be ready to go. Oh, and I have to get the valance to fit right

On my '03 the stock fog lights don't run with the high beams on, just the low beams. I don't believe that they run without the low beams on, period. I was going to run my other fog lights off the same switch but decided against it for this reason.

check the tech library forums for RBV 95-2003 fog light w/high beams ON it will geve step by step to get fog lights on with high beams. On the 99 and maybe others the fog lights will work with the parking lights on.

Confirmed: the fog lights on my '06 work with parking lights only, or low beams. Not on high beam.
