If you have those connectors behind the bumper on the frame, you are prob prewired for foglights.

Here is what I got for my 99 Ranger that was prewired for foglights:

OEM left and right foglight new - ebay
OEM foglight lower valance new - ebay (does not fit quite right)
OEM foglight switch used - ebay
Wires from lights to plugs mounted to frame used - junkyard (also cheap new at LMC)
2 relays (same part # as horn relay) new - Oreilly's
radio Bezel to accept OEM foglight switch used - junkyard

I also have a spot on my bezel were a rear defrost button was (bezel was from an exploer) that I have a second OEM foglight switch that will run my soon to be installed off road lights

I don't remember if I had to add a fuse in the fuse box or not

I just bought this set up on Ebay in January. I bought the whole thing with the factory lights all brand new with shipping for $165.00 I have not yet installed it. I just now got the harness setup so it is a factory plug in. I am going to do it after the holidays....got so many family members to visit or they are visiting all summer and up to Xmas....darn....I need a vacation from my vacation!!!!! lol

Here is how I mounted some 55 watt driving lights behind the grill and just above the lower valance. I have removed the lower fog lights now about three years ago because I added a 2 inch front receiver hitch and I did not want the lights in the way for my portable winch setup.

Her is a currant photo with the lower fog lights removed with the Reese hitch cap installed on the receiver.

There is so ,many options we can do to our trucks. Leave it up to your imagination. I also added rear lights...yellow and clear 55 watts and they make a huge difference when you need rear lights for backing up or just for turning them on when you get a smart ass behind you driving behind you with his high beams on!!!! I hate that!!!

If you were asking me, yes that is what mine looks like. I bought mine off eBay at the end of December, but as seperate pieces (lights and valance). Price ended up being about the same as you.

My 99 XLT did not have the wire harness. I had to find one and now I can mount the new valance and hook up the lights. Sometimes things just go one way or another. I was hopping to be able to just hook them up, but I could not find the harness, so I had to buy one. I found it on Ebay by a fluke. Some guy had two new ones he never used so I bought them after verifying the part numbers with Ford.

I did not have the connectors from the lights to the connector mounted on the body. I got them from the junkyard then realized LCM sells them for around $3 ea
