So I'm gonna give you guys the whole run down to see if anyone can help. It has me stumped.

I have a 2000 ford ranger, awhile back my driver side fog light burnt out i just left it and didn't use them. My dad had a pair of his old bulbs from his 2011 ranger and we thought hey they'll work for now. So I took out the burnt out bulb and tried to plug in the other ones, they we're the same wiring and everything just one plastic rail inside made them different, so that didn't work, I put back in my old bulb and turned my fog lights on and now neither of them work, when I press my fog light button it the green light doesn't illuminate. I went out and bought brand new bulbs that match my trucks wiring specs and plugged them in, still the same issue. I've checked all my relays, fuses, all are good. When I press the button I can hear a clicking from my power junction box, but all the relays are good I'm sure. I have searched everywhere and can't seem to find a remedy. I can't seem to figure out why they won't come on, if anyone can give me some insight I'd sure appreciate it.

Here's the diagram.
