Flywheel Face from 4.0 Block Trans mating surface?

I hope someone can help me here. I need to know an accurate measurement between the mounting face of a Ford 4.0 in a Ranger for the transmission and the face of a un machined Flywheel face. Or to say where the clutch plate rides against.

Thank You so much for this help as it is very important to the start and completion of my project.
 
I might be able to measure it tom, I'm puttingg in trans and clutch maybe I can mock it up as to get those numbers for ya

Okay I don't have the best way of measuring this but I'll get as accurate as I can

From my eye it looks to be 1" n 3/8" that's without the separator plate from flywheel face to trans face
