My Ranger has no AC. I'm sorry, I'm a geezer. Most of my cars and trucks came with fly windows. AC isn't a big deal, as long as you can open a fly window. Worked great to keep a window de-fogged too. Before fly windows, cars had windshields that opened at the bottom with a dash mounted crank.

I'm just shooting the BS, this will prolly never happen. But it sure would be neat to rig some sorta deflector that wouldnt obstruct the mirror.

on a '94? They kind of stuck the mirror in the way. I mean, you could TRY to retrofit the wing windows off a first gen ranger and get rid of the mirror, but its going to take A LOT of work.

This is the fourth time re-typing and trying to post on my new laptop....the buttons are slightly different compared to my desktop.
I had a '54 chev 1-ton flat deck work truck. It had a trap-door in front of the windshield and opened via a lever inside the cab. The air would flow from the high pressure area to inside the cab when the door was open. Also the drivers door had a vent window but the other didn't. I don't know if that was stock. Perhaps something similar could be fabbed on the roof, or install a sun-roof.
One of the things I really loved ;) about that truck was using the vacuum operated windshield wipers with my big cam 283 ci when going up hill in the rain.
