I own a 1999 ford ranger 4.0L 4x4 ext cab and would like to change out my radiator fluid cuz im sure it maybe only changed a few time or never...What my best way to approach this??

Get a coolant flush kit from the parts store. Usually the Prestone brand. It comes with a "T" to put on a heater hose. You the attach a garden hose and reverse flush the system. The kit comes with everything including a bottle of 'radiator flush'.
This kit has been on the market for 40 years and is a VERY effective method of flushing the cooling system.

So dump in the flushing fluid then take the hose attach it to one of the radiator hoses and flush it out with water than just replace with 50/50 fluids?
