can i cut the floor pans out of my donor truck to put in mine?

a 91 ranger, but its an extended cab. i really just need a couple small spots out of the floor but id like to just replace the whole pans. i need the crease that the weather stripping is on more than anything.

anything can work with trimming and good fab skills.... might as well if you have the donor truck, measure everything out, and just cut out what you need, or a little bit more so you can trim it down to fit like a glove.
