Flamethrower ticket

if you have a flamethrower exhaust and you use it on the street, what do they write the ticket for? and about how much is it? just curious couldnt find it anywhere

it should be for improper equipment if im correct. my mom used to work for a court house so she got all those tickets rolling in. ill check tomorrow
