not sure if this goes in here or under the extreme suspension because i have a minitruck

but i was needing to know if any of u minitruckers found a loophole in the statutes for riding cali or very low?

i was pulled over tonight because my rear bumper was 1/4 inch from the ground and it has to be a certain height.

it would save me all night trying to find one if anyone has yet.

thanks in advance.

Well I dont know for sure but most states have a minimum height to the lowest part of the frame of 6 inches. so at 1/4 inch your well below the limit. I think the laws lke this are mostly to keep streets from getting torn up really bad, because I know there are some spots stock height cars scrape.

Most states have a minimum AND a maximum height of front AND rear bumpers.

i was up all night going through them. i found there is a maximum the bumpers can be off the gorund. but their was no minimum. BUT ur headlights have to be 22 inches off the ground!!
