First Ranger - Annoying Chirping from belt.

Dayco Cog brand belts and pulleys are pretty good. Usually my first choice after OEM. I like their pulleys better than OEM because they are so much lighter but almost as strong.

alright, i grabbed a new idler pulley ($20) and gates serp belt ($35) from o'reilly auto parts. installed them both and the squealing has seemed to have stopped!
I'm hoping the squealing doesnt come back any time soon.

Thanks for the help guys!

If you read the can of brake cleaner note that it says Do not use on rubber parts.

But if you read what I wrote, I said use it a few days then CHANGE the belt. I say this bc the old belt and cleaner helps clean the pulleys. Then change the belt to a new belt. And you're good to go.
