I have a 1985 mustang Four eye with a 302 carb that I recently yanked the motor out of and started to rebuild, I had the car towed to my house as I started to pull it out I notice that most of the wires where cut , I need help knowing what all harnesses I need for it

A starter switch wire, and a coil power wire.

Buy a Haynes and go to the junk yard (if they have any stangs that old) and cut the harnesses you need and splice them back together. I haven't seen any mustangs older than 94 in junk yards though...…
