Anyone know if there are any differences between body lifts for gen 1 and 2? The 2" body lift is $50 cheaper for the gen 1 than the gen 2. The only place where I can see that it would matter is in the steering linkage.

My 2nd gen 3" didn't come with any, and I don't think the 1st gen does either. I can't think of any reasons why the two would be different except for the steering extension. Do the first and second gen use the same steering linkage from the steering wheel to the gear box?
