Finding a hot wire

im trying wire up something that will come on when i start my truck and shut off when i turn the truck off. for some reason i have had a hell of a time finding a wire to hook in to that will do that. can anyone tell me what wire will work?

Theres a constant 12v (yellow wire i think) that goes to the fuse pannel
