I've owned my 2001 Ranger for 5 years now and after searching and searching I finally found like minded souls and an information source and it's awesome! I haven't been to all the threads yet but I was wondering if anyone had any info on manual hubs/ lockers for the IFS on my Ranger. Any help or direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks :icon_welder:

Welcome to TRS...I believe there is a thread for that somewhere...and if you don't find it you can always have a look through the Technical Library in the blue line near the top of the page...it's chock full of how to's and other valuable information...

You have a live axle up front. Always engaged, always working. The only disconnect is in the transfer case.

You do not want to put a locker on it. It will kill the truck for street use.
