Hey there I got a '89 Ranger Custom 2.9L a couple weeks ago and I've been reading TRS forums for a while and finally decided to join. I bought a Rough Country 4" lift kit and this will be my first lift ever. I have a couple friends who have done some custom work on trucks before but the only stuff I've worked on is little japanese cars so any advice before I start would be so appreciated

Welcome to the station.

Just finished the lift with a couple of friends and my camber and toe are completely fu*%ed....any ideas on how to fix the camber without cutting/replacing the traction beams?

I'm assunimg the lift kit came with axle pivot and pitman arm drop brackets. If it did you'll just need a set of camber bushings to be able to allign it.

Yeah, that'll happen. Get a set of alignment cams from NAPA or the like, that should fix your camber issue. Take a read through this, it might help.

Man, I loved my 89! Just got rid of it (rookie mistake) for 88 B2, more family size, added a belt. Lots of years in the Ranger-hopefully for you too! I kept it's heart, maybe I'll get $ to machine it and do a transplant though! Good luck!
