I bought a 93 extended cab 3.0 V6 Ranger, and it drove fine until I changed the transmission fluid and a carrier bearing. Since those two were replaced, it has vibrated tremendously around 40 mph. Before and afterwards it's fine. Another thing I've noticed is like a screeching sound (it kind of sounds like some metal is being dragged on the asphalt, but it doesn't do this all of the time either). Another thing wrong is the fuel gauge is messed up. I haven't figured out where it's messed up (i filled up last night after purchasing the truck and it went to the full position) so we'll worry about that later.
One more thing, what is the biggest tire you could put on the stock body and 17" rims?
