Here in 3 to 4 weeks I am going to be purchasing a vehicle, I need to know which one to buy?

Also some local suggestions if you can help?

I have a 1992 Ford Bronco II for $1,000 in town at a pawn shop, it run and drives and is road legal and has rust in the usual spots, but clean for a 1992. There is also the 1978 Datsun 280z that needs some minor engine work and cleanup for $250. There is a 1992 Dodge Neon (purple, bleh), at a junkyard for $750, it needs a rear bumper and a trunk door + a light cover, BUT it has an R-title, it runs and drives fine. Then there is a 1996 Ford Fiesta that runs and drives for $850 (5spd manual) that needs interior cleanup, a paintjob, and some tires, BUT it has an R-title and its at a junkyard as well. I may also be able to pick up my friend Jason's car (no promises) a 2003 Ford Focus SE 4-door that needs a drivers side rear door, a trunk latch, new lights for the front, a front bumper, and maybe a few other things (but its garunteed to run WELL) for around $1200.

Its hard finding a decent car here.

is an r tittle like a salvage tittle?
how much work does the 280z need?
if it wont take much to get the datsun running, id go for it.
2nd choice would be the focus, 3rd the B2

the r-titles Im just about ruling out, the 280z needs about $500 and 3 days of straight work, and the focus Im not sure if I can get

seems tempting to just flip a coin between the b2 and the 280z

No such animal as a 1992 Bronco II.

wait. yea, hes right, last year of B2's was 1990. just realized that too after having my cup of coffee

hmm, what trans is it, auto or manual, if its a late 88 like my old ranger, it could have the redesigned head as its probly a 2.9

I'd get the B2 myself.

Yes the auto trans is a problem, but that can be fixed.

It's a crap shoot either way. The A4LD in my 1988, as far as I could tell, outlived my 2.9L engine. It had 52K when bought and was done at 98K because the heads cracked. This combo is not worth it unless you know what you're getting into.
