Hey guys! I have just replaced the engine in my '02 ranger edge (3.0). Two days later, while driving home, I turned right onto my street and while turning the wheel back to the left, I felt a slight, yet, distinct "boomp". Felt it again when I pulled into the driveway and again while taking it around the block to isolate when I felt it. Got it home, checked the fluid and it looks like pepto bismol. I am going to flush the system, of course, but is there anything I need to keep an eye out for specifically?

I love this forum, BTW. You guys have helped me in the past and I am eternally grateful :D
