feels like warped rotors

When braking with the clutch pedal pushed down, there is a severe shuddering from the front which feels like severely warped rotors. It follows the speed of tire rotation closely. However, if the clutch is not disengaged when braking there is little, and sometimes no shuddering, even when braking hard from high speed. I replaced the calipers, rotors, flexible lines, bearings, and adjusted the spindle bearing preload twice which made no difference. The brake master and complete rear brakes were also replaced then.

Could loose front suspension parts or other problems cause this symptom? It just passed safety inspection but it's always possible something was overlooked. Any thoughts would be appreciated. :icon_confused::icon_confused::bawling:

Boy that is an odd one...............

Look under the dash and see if the brake and clutch pivot arm is loose, could be with the clutch pedal in the brake pedal is causing the shudder when depressed, you would feel it in the front because that's 70% of the braking.
Also open the hood and watch the firewall while pedals are depressed, look for flexing
