My son will probably come over and cook dinner for us. He always brings top quality steak and anything he cooks involves bacon. Cholesterol doesn't count on holidays and it tastes great.

Hmm.... The wife will probably get me some new fishing lures and some ammo. She's a keeper! The kids will probably draw some pictures with crayons or make a card which is just fine with me.

Hmm... $200 dollars from snap on = a 5 pc screwdriver set.

The kids have done surprisingly well - 6 pt. 1/2" deep metric sockets from 12 to 24mm, long handle flex head ratchet & hat for <$200 the one year.

Im not a father so what do I know lol. When I was a kid I gave my dad stuff out of his own drawer like a tie with a homemade card drawn with crayons. I think i did that till I was about 24...

Now I just give him my old tools when I buy new ones, or neat junkyard things I find. 2 years ago I gave him a broken pressure washer I picked out of the trash. He loves that thing. It still doesn't work, but he loves it.

I do all the cooking at our house... she told me there was something coming from Amazon and not to open it. It showed up yesterday and it wasn't in a packing box... just it's own box. I got a 16 electric skillet. She also got me some really nice bamboo cooking utensils and a nice set of silicone spatulas. LOL... almost as bad as giving your wife a vacuum for her birthday I suppose.

I've wanted a 10 x 10 pop up canopy for awhile... she gave me the OK to go ahead and order whatever one I wanted. I think I picked out the one I want. it has configurable walls and screens and door wall. I'm going to make it my truck camp... and many other uses.

So it was a good Fathers day...

I used to find hundreds of those in crawl spaces when i was running my electrical business. Those things really jump a lot. They're crazy.
