im new here.i like the site. i just bought a 92 ranger with broken fan blades.
i see some guys run elc fans so i got 2 from a 97 chevy lumina.
one in front of radiator one in back.
for a thermostat i used 2 snap disks. there cheap used on home heating stuff.
bought 2 on ebay new for 3 bucks.
the front fan is on a switch.so if i ever need it..
it gets hot here in new mexico.
if anyone has a qustion about snap disks just ask me, been useing them for years.even to run woodstove fans.
jeffmorris59@gmail.com.
oh i used the fan relays from the lumina too.
the only wires going into the cab are negative for the fans.less chance of a short.
i found a real lot of info in here.keep up the good work .
THANKS
